1. Grant of License

Loyal9 LLC grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the CI-Strains-Pro dataset for internal research and analytical purposes only.

2. Restrictions on Use

Licensee shall NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or lease the raw data in any format.
Use the data to train, fine-tune, or validate Large Language Models (LLMs) or competing database products.
Remove any proprietary notices, metadata identifiers, or "Loyal9 LLC" branding from the source file.

3. Intellectual Property

The selection, arrangement, and 200-column AI-validation logic of this dataset are the proprietary intellectual property of Loyal9 LLC. This license does not transfer ownership of the data.

4. No Warranties & Liability Waiver

This dataset is provided "AS-IS." While validated via the Gemini Flash pipeline, Loyal9 LLC makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of biological or chemical outcomes. Loyal9 LLC shall not be liable for any business losses, crop failures, or regulatory penalties incurred through the use of this data.

5. No Medical Advice

This data is for industrial and botanical intelligence only. It does not constitute medical advice or recommendations for human consumption.
