Loyal9 LLC grants the Licensee the right to rebrand, restyle, and integrate the CI-Strains-Pro dataset into Licensee's proprietary software, internal dashboards, and client-facing interfaces. Licensee may remove "Loyal9 LLC" branding from visual displays of the data.
Despite White Label rights, Commercial Resale of the raw dataset is strictly prohibited. Licensee may not sell, lease, or distribute the data as a standalone product, a database-as-a-service, or in any manner that directly competes with Loyal9 LLC's primary data sales.
Redistribution is permitted only when the data is supplemental to a larger service (e.g., an ERP system, a laboratory management suite, or a mapping tool). Selling the "List of Strains" itself is a violation of this agreement.
Licensee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Loyal9 LLC against any legal claims arising from the Licensee's rebranding or public display of the data.
